A. Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by New World Tour & Travel Sdn. Bhd. ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By booking with us, you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We arrange and facilitate travel-related services including but not limited to:

  • Domestic and international tour packages

  • Hotel and accommodation bookings

  • Transportation arrangements

  • Ticketing services

  • Guided tours and related travel assistance


3. Bookings & Payment

  • All bookings must be accompanied by a deposit as stated in the quotation or invoice.

  • Full payment is required before the commencement of services.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other accepted methods.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government-imposed taxes.


4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate personal and travel details.

  • Ensure valid passports, visas, and health documentation.

  • Comply with all immigration, customs, and government regulations.


5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all Customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. The Company will not be liable for losses not covered by insurance.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

  • We act only as an agent for service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.).

  • We are not responsible for any injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by third parties or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government actions).

  • All itineraries are subject to change without prior notice for safety or operational reasons.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.

B. Privacy Policy

New World Tour & Travel Sdn. Bhd. is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. Collection of Personal Data

We may collect personal information including but not limited to:

  • Name, NRIC/passport number

  • Contact details (phone, email, address)

  • Payment details

  • Travel preferences and history

2. Use of Personal Data

Your data will be used for:

  • Processing bookings and payments

  • Travel document arrangements

  • Customer support and communications

  • Marketing of our services (with your consent)

  • Compliance with legal requirements

3. Disclosure of Personal Data

We may share your data with:

  • Airlines, hotels, and service providers for booking purposes

  • Government and immigration authorities where required by law

  • Third-party payment processors

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent for your personal data by contacting us.

C. Return & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

  • Tour packages are non-returnable once confirmed.

  • Refunds will only be considered under these conditions:

    • Tour cancellation by New World Tour & Travel Sdn Bhd

    • Significant changes to the itinerary by the company

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 30 working days and subject to applicable charges.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Airline tickets

  • Visa application fees

  • Travel insurance premiums

  • Administrative/processing fees

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from approval.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.


D. Cancellation Policy

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Cancellation fees apply as follows (unless otherwise stated in your booking):

  • More than 35 days before departure: Loss of deposit only

  • 15–34 days before departure: 75% of total price forfeited

  • Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of total price forfeited


2. Company-Initiated Cancellations

If we cancel due to insufficient participants, safety concerns, or other reasons:

  • You will be offered an alternative date/package or

  • A full refund will be issued (excluding third-party non-refundable costs)


3. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, or airline strikes.
